IAM Convenes Reserve Meeting

United and Continental Flight Attendants will participate in the IAM's Reserve Flight Attendant Strategy Summit.The meeting will take place April 10-13, 2011 at the IAM’s Education and Technology Center in Maryland. 

Reserves will discuss their issues and develop solutions in advance of negotiations for a combined agreement that would occur after the IAM wins the upcoming representation election. The IAM has already committed that a Reserve Subcommittee will be part of the IAM’s bargaining team – Reserves will negotiate for Reserves.

There are many unique issues impacting Reserves. Many of these matters cannot be fixed overnight. However, the IAM is listening and together we will make a difference.
